Working with Dr. Erin Lee has been a wonderful experience for me during my rehab from wrist surgery. I love how she considered how my whole body was affected as my lifting approach had been severely modified this offseason. We addressed specific trainings that could get me back on track quickly and efficiently and she tailored everything to fit my position, my goals, and my timeline. Her attention to detail made a huge difference—I felt like she was invested in my success as much as I was. Every question I had was answered, and she understood my desire to recover quickly and kept good pace. I will continue to utilize The Training Lab as an essential part of my off-season training.

My time as an athlete with Dr. Lee has been nothing short of exceptional. When it comes to her attention to detail regarding my PT needs, proactive movements to best ensure my health, and overall care as a professional is bar none. On top of all of that, she is extremely personable and professional, allowing for an easy and clear line of communication to best allow optimal care. I only wish there were more times available which is a testament to how much others are wishing to work with her as she is very busy.
