We are people centered when it comes providing value based care. We’ve worked and trained in the traditional healthcare model and have decided to go a different route because we think you deserve more.

Our Mission

We’re not disrupting the healthcare system just for the fun of it – we truly believe you need more attention, support, and room for exploration in solving your pain and performance needs. We listen to your goals and problem areas, collaborate with your support network to discover opportunities for improvement, and adjust with a flexible approach to understanding how you respond to certain techniques.

We take a holistic approach to your training. We have expertise not only in traditional physical therapy modalities, but in strength and speed training as well.

“Rehab is training in the presence of injury.

Erin Lee

PT, DPT, Co-Founder

Hi, I’m Erin! I’m a strength coach, physical therapist, and consultant. My philosophy is to empower others to use movement for optimal performance, health, and wellness. I received my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado in 2023, as well as spent the past eight years actively coaching individual clients and teams.

I specialize in athletic longevity and return to sport training. My experiences range from working with Olympic level swimmers, NFL athletes, Premier League soccer players, professional tennis players, figure skaters, MLB athletes, endurance athletes, high schoolers, and weekend warriors. I have also spent time as a strength and conditioning coach for Regis University Athletics; Landow Performance; and as a sport performance intern with the LA Galaxy.

I grew up in Singapore, as a competitive soccer player and avid percussionist. This has influenced my passion for good music, good company, and adventure. Some of my favorite hobbies include snowboarding, trail running, and trying to keep up with my friends.

Head of Operations, Co-Founder

Hey, nice to meet you. I’m Michelle. I’m an analytical thinker and problem solver, working as a data engineer by day.

I understand the struggle of injury in competitive athletics. Some time ago during my college basketball career, I had multiple knee surgeries. After my third ACL tear I thought my basketball career was over. Since meeting Erin and working on my movement patterns I have been able to pick it back up.

I believe that the relationship you have with movement is unique. There’s a lot of beauty in expressing yourself, nurturing your body, and collaborating with those around you.

I crave being in a flow state, which I often feel while snowboarding, cooking, playing basketball, working on a piece of code, or staring into the eyes of a sweet kitty.

Let me know if I can help you find your rhythm.
